I摘 要福建省农村信用社自成立以来就不断地进行深化改革，新时代的福建省农村信用社在服务“三农”方面发挥的作用日益凸显，在加快开放型经济环境下如何稳定发挥农村主力军作用将更加艰巨。虽然从改革成果的角度来看，福建省农村信用社的改革都有标志性成果，但是福建省农村信用社的发展过程中还存在许多不利因素。本文以福建省农村信用社为研究对象，通过对其多方面分析，提出下一步改革方向使福建农村信用社走可持续发展道路，从而稳定地发挥农村主力军作用。本文从三大方面进行研究，首先对福建省农村信用社的发展背景及现状进行简要梳理，其次结合湾坞乡的农村信用社进行 SWOT 分析，最后提出农村信用社深化改革的思路和措施。关键词：福建农村信用社；深化改革；SWOTIIAbstract Since its establishment, Fujian Rural Credit Union has been continuously deepening reform, the role of Fujian Rural Credit Union in the new era in serving the "three rural areas" has become more and more prominent, how to play a stable role as the main force in rural areas in the environment of accelerated open economy will be more difficult.
