本科论文沈阳地铁世纪大厦站运营中的危险性评价摘 要随着“十三五”规划的布局逐步推进,随着全国城市化进程的加速,我国城市轨道交通行业高速发展,地铁运营安全问题的日渐突出,是公共交通安全运营管理研究的焦点和前沿,地铁运营安全问题由于极端复杂性且我国地铁运营风险事前管理缺位、复核和评估缺乏长效实施机制,地铁运营安全管理体系适应环境变化和规避风险的能力亟待提高。因此,选择有效的安全评价方法,建立完备的地铁运营安全管理体系,有效控制地铁运营期间的安全风险,减少事故的发生,对于促进我国地铁运营安全管理具有十分重要的意义。 基于地铁运营的复杂性,本文从研究背景入手,总结近年来国内外地铁事故,分析其运营模式及风险评价现状,以沈阳世纪大厦站为主要研究对象,依据系统安全理论由“人—机—环—管”四个方面着手分析,绘制安全检查表并运用层次分析法进行风险性评价,得出各指标因素的权重,最后提出强化安全管理的途径与策略,为地铁安全运营的发展提供建设性意见。关键词:地铁;指标体系;风险评价;安全检查表;层次分析法本科论文AbstractWith the development of the 13th five year plan and the acceleration of urbanization, the rapid development of China's urban rail transit industry, and the increasingly prominent problems of subway operation safety, are the focus and frontier of public transport safety operation management research.
