摘 要 近年来，之所以我国医疗器械行业继续保持平稳增长，这是由于我国国家对医疗器械这个行业实施相关政策，中国居民更加注重自己的身体健康，其消费能力也在进一步的提高，以及中国社会人口老龄化的加快等。中国医疗器械行业在多种因素的推动下快速成长，企业在推进可持续发展的同时也存在着经营管理的问题。本文以珠海和佳医疗设备有限公司为例，分析了医疗器械行业目前所处的有利时机以及所处市场环境会遇到的阻碍，从企业的发展现状出发，对和佳医疗公司的财务情况进行分析，并且提出企业在经营管理方面中出现的种种问题，譬如应收账款占比大、短期偿债能力偏弱、经营现金持续为负，过度依赖融资、资产整体流动欠佳，资金压力大等。针对这一系列的问题，进一步提出了经营管理的解决对策：建立健全应收账款管理制度，提高短期偿债能力，加强创造现金流的能力，加强资产流动性管理，减缓资金压力等。对于企业而言，重视企业的经营管理，这有助于进一步提高企业的经济利益，以扩大生产规模，降低企业的运营成本。同时，实现企业的健康和可持续发展，提高企业的核心竞争力。关键词： 医疗器械 经营管理 和佳医疗公司 AbstractIn recent years, China's medical device industry continues to maintain a steady growth, which is due to the implementation of relevant policies on the medical device industry, Chinese residents pay more attention to their own health, their consumption capacity is further improved, and the acceleration of the aging of the population in China.
