本科论文摘 要石油是一个国家工业化程度的体现，国家重要的基本经济来源之一，与人们的日常生活、社会的经济发展、国家的军事力量息息相关。但因石油本身具有低燃点、高爆性的物化性质，所以要减少因石油的挥发、泄漏而产生的突发事故，要保证石油的全链生产过程中的各个环节，与各个生产设施的可靠性、安全性。石油开采与生产的重要地方——油田，其生产安全的重要性与其事故发生的危害性，不言自明。编制相关的应急预案，研究相关的应急救援系统与体系，对石油生产的环节进行危险源辨识、评价，对我国石油生产安全与社会经济的稳定发展，有着极其重要的作用与实际意义。本文对石油生产相关环节进行了研究，并分析出油气集输过程中的各类危险源，及其发生意外事件后或导致的破坏与影响。编制了相关综合应急预案，火灾与中毒事故的专项应急预案。从应急机构的组成、职责、任务，救援的安排、处置、计划等进行了详尽地描述，对石油的安全生产与石油应急救援体系的研究，有着积极的意义。关键词：石油；安全；应急预案；救援系统本科论文AbstractOil is the embodiment of a country's industrialization degree, one of the important basic economic sources of a country, which is closely related to people's daily life, social economic development and the country's military power.
