本科论文摘 要随着时代的不断发展，工业企业也随之发展，对氧气、氩气、二氧化碳的需求量不断增加，为了增加企业的竞争力，增加市场的占有率，某氧气厂决定新建充装项目，但是如果安全问题得不到解决，那将是很大的麻烦。一旦发生事故，后果不堪设想，将会给工作人员带来巨大的伤害和损失，也会对周边的环境造成一定的破坏。本设计以此为背景，严重遵守现行的相关与安全生产的法律、法规。以及其他国家规定的相关氧气充装厂的规定，结合目前最新的执行规定，对充装厂进行设计。文中对于新建项目的具体情况，对项目的选址、充装单元、储存单元、电气工程及公用工程进行危险有害因素的辨识及分析，给出相关的建议，为今后的工作中进行隐患排查和安全管理工作打好基础。 关键词：风险识别；安全生产；评价单元；氧气厂本科论文AbstractWith the continuous progress and change of the times, industrial enterprises are also constantly developingThe demand for oxygen, argon and carbon dioxide is increasing.
