本科论文摘 要现如今较多图书馆广大干部职工安全生产意识薄弱，安全法律法规宣传工作不到位，消防、电路、防护等设施老化或缺失。大多数图书馆都已经制定了应急预案，起到了一定作用，但也存在着内容陈旧、宣传不力、缺乏演练等问题。制定应急预案可以有效地提高发生突发事件时的应急行动能力，和相应决策的准确科学性和应急措施的准确时效性。针对当前突发事件的复杂和高度紧张、紧迫性，快速且地准确作出当前突发事件需要应急的应对决策。预案为准确地分析突发事件的规模、性质、程度并合理地作出决策针对突发事件紧急应对对策预案和应急措施的具体时效性等就提供了一套安全科学的决策思路和有效决策处理方法。从而大大降低减轻其造成危害的严重程度。本文以辽宁省图书馆为例对图书馆应急救援体系进行了研究。通过实地考察资料查阅等了解辽宁省图书馆的建筑布局，对图书馆进行危险源辨识及危险性分析。针对图书馆可能发生的事故及后果严重程度，编制了综合应急预案。考虑火灾、地震事故对图书馆危害突出性，编制了火灾专项应急预案与地震专项应急预案。为提升应急能力、熟悉预案以及发现预案的不足，制定了应急培训与演练方法和计划。本科论文关键词：应急预案；危险源；图书馆本科论文AbstractAt present, the awareness of safety production of many cadres and staff in libraries is weak,the publicity of safety laws and regulations is not in place, and the facilities of fire control, circuit and protection are aging or missing.
