本科论文摘 要近几年，随着建筑行业不断的发展，水泥的需求量不断加大。为了满足市场需要和提升企业、竞争力，某水泥厂决定新建水泥粉磨站项目。如果出现安全问题，生产过程得不到有效的保证，一旦发生事故，后果不堪设想，将会给现场人员和周边环境带来巨大损失和伤害。本论文通过对水泥厂新建项目进行安全风险识别与评价，目的是分析和预测建设项目存在的潜在危险、有害因素，建设项目建设和运行期间可能发生的突发性事件或事故（一般不包括人为破坏及自然灾害），引起有毒有害和易燃易爆等物质泄漏，所造成的人身安全与环境影响和损害程度，提出合理可行的防范、应急与减缓措施，使建设项目事故率、损失和环境影响能够达到可接受水平。关键词：安全风险识别；安全评价；有害因素本科论文Abstract In recent years, with the continuous development of the construction industry, the demand for cement is increasing. In order to meet the needs of the market and improve the competitiveness of enterprises, a cement factory decided to build a new cement grinding station project.
