(论文) 摘要共享单车系统日益蓬勃发展,以其绿色无污染、取用灵活方便等特点深受各职业的用户群体欢迎。然而近些年随着共享单车系统的不断发展,也暴露出许多问题,运营部门的调度管理不及时,租赁点的规模无法满足出行者的需求,规划部门的管理不力,乱停乱放影响路面交通,城市容貌,应运而生大量震撼人心的“僵尸车”和“单车坟场”。本文首先对共享单车的发展历程,国内外的运营状况进行综述,分析共享单车出行的必要性。其次侧重分析了北京地区共享单车的时空分布特征。为了更进一步了解当前北京市高校周边人群选择共享单车出行的用户满意度及出行特性和借还规律,并在大学等高校学生群体中投放电子问卷,利用 SPSS 软件进行了问卷可信度检验并进行数据分析,整理出调查者出行意愿数据,利用 Logit 回归分析了对出行方式产生影响的各种因素。最后落实到共享单车租赁点选址。为了保证单车租赁点尽可能覆盖用户需求,提高使用者满意度,节约运营管理成本,建立了多目标规划模型,并以北京市海淀区高校及周边为调查范围进行实例分析,运用 Lingo 软件求解,得出最优选址数量和位置,验证了模型的可行性和有效性。- I -关键词: 选址问题,时间满意度函数,线性加权评价函数,多目标规划(论文)Study on the location of bike-sharing rental sites in universities and surrounding areas in BeijingAbstractWith the rapid development of bike sharing system, it is welcomed by all kinds of users for its green, pollution-free, flexible and convenient access.
