本科论文摘 要根据现在全国的发展情况来看，机动车需求量的增加，已经成为不可或缺的交通工具了，与此同时加油站的建设已经成为人们日常生活中的一部分了。加油站所经营和储存的物质主要有汽油、柴油等，都是非常容易燃烧和爆炸的，一旦出现危险，生命、钱财和环境都会被威胁。由此可知，想要安全性加强就要进行安全评估。论文从加油站的运营现状的安全角度出发，根据它本身的特点进行资料查找、实地拍照证明、阅读足够多的文献并进行借鉴和整理，查找存在的安全隐患，随后再进行评价分析。本文对沈阳市长白地区某加油站进行评估，文中先列举了加油站的危险源，根据危险产生的方式及原因选用最适合的安全评价方法。本文从人员、设备、物质、管理和环境五个方面识别有害因素，使用了安全检查表对设备中包含的危险来评价。从人、物、管理环境这四个方面构建了安全评价指标体系，运用模糊综合评价法结合现场的技术人员及专家打分，分析该加油站的安全现状。最后根据结果提出加油站经营中预防和解决安全问题的方式，进而完成该加油站的安全现状评价。关键词：加油站；安全评价；危险化学品；安全检查表；模糊综合评价本科论文AbstractAccording to the current national development, the increasing demand for motor vehicles has become an indispensable means of transportation, at the same time, the construction of gas stations has become a part of people's daily life.The main substances operated and stored in gas stations are gasoline, diesel, etc, which are very easy to burn and explode, in case of danger, life, money and the environment are threatened.Therefore, if we want to strengthen security, we need to carry out security assessment.In this paper, from the perspective of the security of the current operation of gas stations, according to its own characteristics, it conducts data search, on-the-spot photo proof, reads enough literature and makes reference and arrangement, find out the existing security risks, and then evaluate and analyze them.This paper evaluates a gas station in Changbai District of Shenyang, this p...
