摘 要财务风险是企业发展的无法避免的重大风险，如若不能针对财务风险采取有效防范和控制，必然对企业的自身发展造成严重损失。通过对深圳市德卡科技股份有限公司进行筹资风险分析、投资风险分析、资金回收风险分析以及收益分配风险分析，发现了其在资本结构不合理、投资决策不科学、资金回笼策略不当、财务风险制度不完善，以及财务人员风险意识淡薄等问题。针对存在的问题，德卡公司应建立合理的资本结构、建立科学的投资决策机制、加强对应收账款的管理树立正确的财务风险管理意识以及建立财务危机预警系统。关键词：德卡公司 财务风险 风险管理 财务预警AbstractFinancial risk is an inevitable major risk for the development of an enterprise.
