不同形式的专利对经济发展作用的实证分析——基于上海市的数据摘 要本文以国家统计局发布的 1986～ 2014 年上海市专利产出和经济发展的统计数据为基础, 运用规范研究法、实证分析法、比较分析法等对上海市经济增长与六种不同形式专利（发明职务专利、发明非职务专利、实用新型职务、实用新型非职务专利和外观设计职务专利、外观设计非职务）产出之间的关系进行了回归分析。结果表明:1986-1999 年上海市经济增长与发明专利和外观设计专利之间不存在着明显的因果关系，与实用新型专利成显著正相关； 2000～ 2014 年间，低技术含量的实用新型和外观设计，在经济增长中的作用变弱，而自主创新性更高的发明专利对经济增长的促进作用变得重要起来。同时，无论在哪个时间段，三种形式的非职务专利对经济的作用微乎其微，非职务专利转化难问题严重。关键词：三类专利 非职务专利 专利产出 经济发展 An Empirical Analysis of the Effect of Different Types of Patents on Economic Development——Based on Shanghai's dataAbstractThis paper is based on the statistical data of Shanghai's patent output and economic development from 1986 to 2014 issued by the National Bureau of Statistics. It uses the normative research method, empirical analysis method, comparative analysis method, etc. to analyze the relationship between Shanghai's economic growth and six different types of patents .The results show that there is no obvious causal relationship between Shanghai's economic growth and invention patents or design patents from 1986 to 1999, and the economic growth is significantly positively related to utility patents.Besides,from 2000 to 2014, the role of low-tech utility and design patents in promoting economic growth has weakened, and the contribution of invention patents with higher independent innovation to economic growth has become more and more important.
