本科论文摘 要近些年来我国高速铁路的高速发展，因此对铁路器材需求量不断加大，生产铁路器材公司的迅速发展，大部分的铁路器材公司还滞留一些传统的安全管理方式，在这种情况下，很容易造成无法估量的后果。一般都是当事故发生后或者吸取已经发生的事故教训后才采取补救措施。为了保证生产中的安全，我们一定要从预防事故的角度出发，找到生产中的危险源，并进行等级划分以及进行相对应的安全评价，消除危险源最大限度的保障生产中的安全。并且，还要做到事故发生后及时实施高效有效的处理应对方法。本文从项目调研入手，从安全管理问题的研究背景，意义以及研究现状，通过危险源辨识得出了这个铁路器材公司的生产管理现状以及存在的不足。本文重点研究，此项目新建铁路工务器材在生产过程中可能出现的危险，对这些危险进行危险源辨识，并且针对识别出来的危险源提出合理可行方法建立健全管理制度，并结合安全检查表，预先危险分析法进行评价，得出评价结果并采取对应的防范措施。关键词：安全管理；铁路；事故；安全风险评价本科论文AbstractWith the rapid development of China's high-speed railway in recent years, the demand for railway equipment is constantly increasing.
