本科论文摘 要中国是制造业大国，对世界有着巨大的影响。中国有着全球最多的工厂，而工厂的安全又是生产过程中最为重要的一部分。根据我国近年来对安全愈加重视程度来看，工厂生产安全是维持核心竞争力的一个不可缺少的一环。因此安全风险识别和评价研究对项目安全生产显得特别的重要。本论文从安全评价的国内外的发展现状开始介绍，参考当前国内安全评价的大环境对 M 公司新建塑料彩条布项目的研究内容和基础理论知识进行展开，包括安全风险评价的内涵、内容和分类，为论文对工厂安全系统的研究提供足够的理论基础。然后对该项目建设情况和生产情况进行概述，从而对生产过程中存在的危险、有害因数进行危险源的辨识。进而对主要的危险、有害因素进行评价单元的划分并选取安全检查表法（SCA）对厂区布置单元进行评价、选取预先危险性分析法（PHA）对生产加工过程单元和生产装置单元进行定性分析，最后对生产加工过程单元用故障树分析法（FTA）进行定量分析。最后通过定性定量分析得出的结论对该项目提出相对应的应对措施。为该项目的安全生产提供确实可行的管理依据。关键词：安全风险识别；安全评价；安全检查表法；预先危险性分析法；故障树分析法本科论文AbstractChina is a manufacturing power with a huge influence on the world.
