本科论文摘 要钢渣是钢材处理后残余的物质,发生化学反应后形成的一种氧化物。目前越来越多国家发现钢渣在节约能源方面具有长远发展,通过不同手段将钢渣处理过后,得到的渣粉可以掺进水泥、混凝土混合使用,节省水泥、混凝土等资源,节省原料和成本,而且强度大大超过之前,减少环境污染,实现节能环保的效果。在钢渣处理过程中,涉及到粉尘外泄,容易产生粉尘伤害。针对这一危险,就要掌握一种评价方法,制定措施。因此对该项目要做好安全管理工作,并进行安全风险识别与安全评价研究。本篇文章首先对钢渣处理的背景展开研究,然后又对目前世界各国对钢渣的研究现状进行分析,然后对评价方法介绍,分析危险有害因素,进行危险源辨识,运用定性定量的方法,提出预防措施,提供相应依据。关键词:安全风险识别;安全评价;事故树评价法;危险源本科论文AbstractSteel slag is the residual material after steel processing, an oxide formed after chemical reaction.
