本科论文摘 要在信息化的时代大背景下,新生代员工正逐渐成为许多企业,尤其是现代化企业的主力群体,但是与上一代人相比,新生代员工有着更加鲜明和难以把握的个性,这导致他们更容易产生离职的行为,从而给企业带来巨大的损失。许多研究表明,领导风格是影响员工离职率的一个十分重要的方面。本文对相关文献进行梳理和分析,探究了变革型领导风格、交易型领导风格与新生代员工离职倾向之间的关系,并提出了研究假设。结合问卷调查的方法,收集数据并借助 SPSS24.0 和 EXCEL 等软件对数据进行分析,并得出了一些结论。最后,本文对研究结果进行了分析总结,并提出了一些可行的建议,可以帮助现代的企业管理者更有效地降低新生代员工的离职倾向。关键词:变革型领导风格,交易型领导风格,离职倾向,新生代员工本科论文AbstractAs humans are in information era, the new generations of employees are gradually considered as the main and decisive force of many enterprises. However, compared with the last generation, the new generations are more of distinct and subtle personalities, which results in higher separation rate that brings considerable economic loss to enterprises. Numerous studies have shown that leadership style is an integral factor related to employees’ separation rate. Based on a systematical selection and analysis of pertinent literature, the thesis probes into the relationship between transformational leadership, transactional leadership and the new generation’s turnover intention and proposes the author’s assumption. Through questionnaire, data and software like SPSS24.0 and EXCEL for data analysis, and then draws some conclusions.
