摘 要如今国家经济发展迅速，现代化企业尤其是科技型企业发展趋势非常迅猛，市场经济体不断完善。作为一家企业，存货管理是在发展中最重要的环节之一，营销是企业发展的第一要义，这是很多公司陷入的误区，要完善好存货管理,这样就不会因此导致存货的核算混乱,账面不清,余额的计算不明,存货的水平被合理的控制在恰当的范围,提高了企业的毛利率和存货核算周转率,其意义非常重要对于我们企业的管理来说。本文以生益科技股份有限公司负责人为代表的案例,浅析了企业的存货核算管理的现状及其存在的采购不合理,,存货的核算不准确、公司内部的控制不健全、各个部门之间缺乏有效沟通等一系列问题。通过数据的分析,列出了一系列的对策和方法来解决应对我们公司内部企业存货管理的一系列问题;通过列出对策如合理的控制好公司存货和采购,各个部门之间串联起来,把内部的控制和管理制度和流程建立的更完善、加强我们公司内部的企业存货管理和核算,形成定期召开财务会议的制度。在不断完善管理制度和流程的理论基础上分析公司的管理和未来的展望就更加重要。我们企业应该如何正确对待企业存货管理的过程中可能出现的一系列问题,发现了问题后,用一系列科学合理的存货核算方法,逐一的进行解决和优化,提高其管理水平的与此同时,更重要的可以做到使之更好的成为我们企业的支柱和核心竞争力。关键词：存货管理 存货周转 资金周转 企业流动性 AbstractNowadays, with the rapid development of national economy, the development trend of modern enterprises, especially high-tech enterprises, is very rapid, and the market economy is constantly improving.
