第一章 绪论摘 要生产工艺的要求及市场的需求催生了我国机床加工设备的现代化.为了充分发挥设备效能,迅速提升加工技术与性能,越来越多的企业每年投入大量的资金与技术对传统老式机床进行技术改造.PLC 技术的不断发展为机床设备的技术改造提供了强有力的技术支持.利用 PLC 对立式车床电气控制系统的改造,实现编程输入、人机交互、自动加工的控制方式,扩大了机床的加工能力,减少了机床故障,提高了机床使用效率,取得了良好的效果。利用 PLC 对立式车床电气控制系统的改造已成为企业对机床进行技术改造的有效途径。应用 PLC 改造后,机床的可靠性得到提升,不但大大提高了立式车床的可靠性和抗干扰能力,而且大大简化了和减少了机床维修维护的工作量。论文在 PLC 对立式车床电气控制系统的改造的背景中,概述了机床 PLC 改造的设计方案与应用技术,并对 PLC 的产生与发展作了简单介绍。论文最后对课题研究进行了总结,结合作者的研究方向,讨论了课题中所用到的 PLC 的编程思想,并对今后的研究方向提出了进一步的展望与构想。关键词:PLC ,立式车床 ,电气控制系统1第一章 绪论 AbstractGave birth to the requirements of the production process and the market demand of the modernization of our country machine tool equipment.
