摘 要汽车服务行业目前在我国还处于起步发展阶段，21 世纪汽车服务业发展迅速，对于汽车服务行业来说是个有所作为的大好时机，但同时也伴随着巨大的挑战，想要赶上时代的发展潮流，在巨大的竞争中脱颖而出，有效的内部控制制度的建立对公司的发展来说至关重要，故而，企业必须加强内部管理，保持企业稳步运营，获取最大的效益。本文围绕汽车服务业展开分析，以新疆天汇汽车服务有限公司为研究对象，将优秀的内部控制管理的理念运用其中，来加强企业内部控制管理工作，使汽车服务管理者走更少的弯路，对公司进行更有针对性的更有效的内部控制。通过对新疆天汇汽车服务有限公司的内部控制进行分析，发现该公司存在很多问题尤其是在内部控制方面，以我国其他大中小型企业作为参考，制定符合公司自身的内部控制管理体制。分析结果显示，新疆天汇汽车服务有限公司内部控制管理不尽如人意，包括自身制度不合理，员工综合素质低，领导者内控意识薄弱等问题。因此，针对公司所存在的问题，寻找其产生的原因，根据该公司的经营特点，提出相应的建议和措施，通过有效手段改善现有问题，避免不必要的损失，让公司更好的经营，越来越好的发展。关键词：汽车服务企业； 内部控制； 企业管理AbstractChina's auto service industry is still in the initial development stage.
