中国专利保险发展现状与建议【摘要】中国在国际地位不断上升的同时，企业也面临着国内国外专利侵权的双重危险，加大了企业对于专利保护的困难程度，此时专利保险的出现和发展就显得尤为重要。虽然我国在专利保险制度上已经有了一定的探索和研究，但由于企业保护专利的积极性和维权能力不同以及保险产品较为单一等原因，现在的专利保险发展模式不能全面性的覆盖所有企业，未能形成自主的市场运营机制。本文主要通过文献综述法以及比较研究法进行资料的收集和总结，简述我国专利保险的发展现状，研究我国在推广专利保险工作中存在的问题，对比分析其他国家建立专利保险体制的做法措施。研究发现我国专利保险发展过程中存在保障范围小、保障范围低，企业参与度不高，专利保险制度不完善的问题，针对上述存在问题，本文从保险公司、企业、中介机构和政府四个方面提出对策建议。【关键词】专利保险；专利侵权；专利保险政策1China's Patent Insurance Development Status and Suggestions[Abstract] While China's international status continues to rise, domestic companies' patent infringement issues have gradually surfaced.
