某 1083 型货车驱动桥壳的可靠性分 析评估摘 要本次论文设计是以江淮 1083 型货车的驱动桥壳为研究目标,首先,对本次的研究目标进行了基本结构分析,然后通过 SolidWorks 这个软件来对此次研究的江淮 1083 型货车驱动桥壳,对其三维建模的建立,然后对本次的研究对象进行在四种典型工况下的基本受力分析,再将完成的三维建模导入到有限元分析软件 ANSYS中,进行初始条件的设定,载荷及约束的添加,结果的求解。可以得出四种极限工况下的桥壳有限元分析结果云图,完成江淮 1083 型货车的驱动桥壳四种极限条件下的有限元静态分析。至此完成了对其研究对象的三维建模到有限元分析的详细流程,可以清晰的分析出桥壳在四种典型工况下的应力分布、位移变形结果。通过求解的结果与规定安全范围参考值来对比,就可以判断该货车的驱动桥壳在这四种典型的工况下的可靠性分析评估结果。关键词:驱动桥壳;三维建模;有限元分析 1ABSTRACTThe design of this thesis is based on the drive axle housing of Jianghuai 1083 truck.
