知识产权保险实践探索研究【摘要】近些年来，随着国家经济与社会的不断飞速发展，加上国家政策的推动下，我国的保险行业得到了飞速的发展，保险模式与产品也越来越多样化与成熟化。知识产权是近年来兴起的比较热的话题。近些年来，我国对于知识产权的重视度越来越大，尊重与保护知识产权逐渐成为社会共识。我国知识产权保险的发展，也只是在“初级阶段”，在企业维权能力有限、知识产权保护意识低下以及相关保险产品缺失的情况下，知识产权保险推广与实践在当下仍然是个难题。本文结合社会主义市场经济上企业特别是创新型的企业的发展的实际情况和我国保险公司发展的现状，主要运用文献和实践事例，探索企业与保险公司合作新模式。进行点对面的试点与推广。在为企业发展壮大保驾护航的同时，提升保险公司的业务广度与深度，推动社会经济的发展。【关键词】知识产权保险；知识产权；知识产权保险实践Research on the practice of intellectual property insurance [Abstract] In recent years, with the rapid development of national economy and society and the promotion of national policy, the insurance industry of our country has been developed rapidly, and the insurance model and products have become more and more diversified and mature.
