摘 要随着中国经济的发展,服装行业产能过剩问题日益显著。为了改善目前的困境、谋取发展,各服装企业去存货问题引起了热议。供应链的存货管理是服装企业去存货的重点。现如今服装企业间的竞争已经从产品价格和质量的竞争演变为了供应链之间的竞争。本文以 X 服饰公司为案例,综合服装行业的存货特点,对在如今激烈的对比竞争环境下的 X 公司的存货总量、存货周转率、存货减值程度以及存货管理绩效制度的现状进行了分析。发现该公司存在有生产安排缺乏有效管理、公司上下游信息沟通渠道不通畅、物流环节效率低下、绩效考评指标选取不当、受国际品牌和网络兴起双重冲击等问题。对此,本文通过结合 X 公司的组织架构、运营特征和销售性质,面对以上问题分别提出了以下五点建议:建立信息系统,科学预测需求、加强公司上下游的信息沟通、建立极速高效的物流系统、完善存货管理绩效考核制度、发展电子商务拓展发展渠道等,最终实现供应链整体协同发展,从根源消除存货问题。关键词: 服装行业 存货管理 供应链AbstractWith the development of China's economy, the problem of eXcess capacity in the clothing industry is becoming increasingly significant.
