摘要近些年氧化铝产量的一直在提高,我国氧化铝行业的压力也在一直增加,铝土矿依靠从国外进口。铝土资源稀缺,再者,我国人口众多,对铝加工制品的需求力度较大,因而未来供不应求的局面越来越大。所以,解决铝土矿资源匮乏,是目前我国目前急需解决的重要资源问题之一,利用高铝粉煤灰来生产氧化铝,能有效缓解中国铝矿资源的不足,对我国加强铝业的发展具有重要意义,本文主要描绘了从高铝粉煤烟中提取氧化铝的主要工艺技术与工程的对比。通过物料衡算对部分设备进行了选型,对沉降槽进行了热损计算,并进行了职业病危害的专项评价。关键词:粉煤灰;氧化铝;化工三算;溶出;职业病abstractIn recent years, the output of alumina has been increasing, and the pressure of alumina industry in China has been increasing. Bauxite depends on imports from abroad. Bauxite resources are scarce. Moreover, China has a large population and a large demand for aluminum processing products. Therefore, the situation of short supply in the future is growing. Therefore, to solve the shortage of bauxite resources is one of the important resource problems urgently needed to be solved in our country at present.
