I博斯腾湖旅游景区 SWOT 分析 博斯腾湖旅游景区 SWOT 分析摘要：随着经济社会的发展与进步，旅游业已经成为全球经济中发展最快的行业之一。如今旅游业迅速发展，人们对旅游景点的选择性越来越高也越来越挑剔。在各个旅游资源类型中，湖泊旅游资源因其景色优美性、观光休闲性、疗养养生性等诸多特点越来越受到各类旅游者的青睐。博斯腾湖有着丰富的旅游资源,通过发掘博斯腾湖地区的旅游资源，在博斯腾湖流域保护有关材料和非物质文化遗产方面可能更加全面和有力。本文梳理了国内外有关湖泊旅游的相关理论，以文献梳理和 SWOT 分析为基础，分析了博斯腾湖的发展现状以及所存在的问题，发现针对湖泊旅游的研究和有效的规划开发度还不够深入、湖泊旅游产品缺乏特色、规划不够全面、淡旺季非常明显、接待能力还不够完善等问题。用 SWOT 分析法分析博斯腾湖的优缺点，机会和挑战等四个方面研究博斯腾湖景区如今面临的问题以及提出博斯腾湖旅游资源开发的观念，发挥政府主导作用、加强教育培训，提高旅游人才的素质、加长旅游消费链，增加收入，更有力保护环境利用资源，实现可持续发展等发展对策。关键词：博斯腾湖；湖泊旅游；旅游资源；旅游；旅游业IISWOT Analysis of Bosten Lake Scenic spotABSTRACT: With the economic and social development and progress, tourism has become one of the largest and most developed industries in the global economy.
