我国流动人员参保社会保险现状分析【摘要】目的：流动人员是指户口没有在居住地，但是又取得合法居住的人。2018 年我国流动人口已增至 2.41 亿人。他们已成为城市生活中不可缺少的群体。但我国流动人口尤其农村居民面临着社会保障问题。本研究旨在通过总结目前我国流动人口参保社会保险的现状,分析我国社会保险制度当前存在的问题，深挖其原因,并就这些问题提出创建良好社会环境和完善社保监管的对策。方法：通过文献参考法，查阅相关文献和《中华人民共和国社会保险法》和年度报告进行研究.结果：通过分析国内针对流动人员的社保政策，找出我国社会保险制度的漏洞和缺陷，给予建议并提出改进措施。结论：我国在增强流动人口社会保障方面做出了很大努力。鉴于国家体量大、区域发展不平衡以及流动人口规模大等原因，需要时间逐步建立一个运行良好的机制，以确保流动人口获得充足的社会保障。【关键词】社会保险；流动人员；农村居民；转移接续 Analysis of the current situation of the floating personnel participating in social insurance in China【Abstract】 Purpose: the floating people are those who are not registered in the place of residence, but have obtained legal residence. China's floating population increased to 241 million in 2018. They have become an indispensable group in urban life. However, the floating population in China, especially the rural residents, is facing social security problems.
