摘 要随着我国的经济高速发展，创新型企业慢慢开始进入经济体系中。一个企业要想稳健的发展，就要保证企业有足够的资金。对于创新企业来说，更是如此。相较于传统企业，创新企业当前由于科技发展水平的制约，前期需要投入更大的人力物力，且投入高却未必可以会得到相应水平的收入，给想要投资创新型企业的投资方设下一大难题，也给创新型企业对如何选择适合的筹资方式设下关卡。首先，通过阅读文献、互联网检索等方法对企业筹资方式进行详细了解，比较与探讨创新型企业筹资方式，分析影响创新企业筹资方式的因素，提出创新型企业选择最优筹资方式和优化筹资方式的建议。其次，以此为基础对宁德时代的筹资方式进行分析，最后做出结论。关键词：筹资方式；创新企业；宁德时代AbstractWith China's rapid economic development, innovative enterprises slowly began to enter the economic system.
