I双因素视角下民营企业管理层的队伍稳定性现状调查及对策分析内 容 摘 要随着互联网时代的快速发展,人才市场的竞争也愈加激烈。而公司要想持续长久地发展,必定是离不开高道德素质的管理者,可见,管理层的道德素质水平在企业管理中占重要地位。随着企业竞争的加剧,岗位的可选择性也变得多样化,要想稳定管理层,降低管理层人员的流动性,进而保障企业能够长久持续地发展,采取有效的激励措施来满足管理层的需求显得尤为重要。本文主要是基于双因素理论来探讨如何使民营企业的管理层在工作中减少不稳定性。以易力声科技(深圳)有限公司为例进行研究,通过问卷调查的形式来展开调查,在问卷中,分别从保健因素和激励因素这两个层面来设计相关的问题展开统计数据分析,总结分析出该公司的管理层稳定性现状以及在保健——激励因素方面存在的问题,并对其原因进行分析,最后结合双因素理论的调查结果来提出有针对性的对策。由此来提高民营企业管理层的稳定性,注入新活力。关键词:管理层;持续发展;降低流动性;稳定性;双因素理论IIAnalysis on Team Stability of Private Enterprise Management from the Perspective of Two FactorsAbstractWith the rapid development of the Internet age, the competition for talents in society is becoming more and more intense, and management often has a higher moral quality, in an enterprise occupies an increasingly important position, the company's sustained and long-term development must be inseparable from management.
