摘要近年来随着我国医疗事业的快速发展,医院职工超市也随之出现,发展并逐渐形成了一定的规模。医院职工超市呈现出商品品类繁多和与之对应供应商规模小数量多的特点,而供应商的优劣直接关系着采购成本,而采购成本的高低直接影响着超市的盈利状况和持续发展。所以不难看出对供应商进行评价与选择是非常有必要的。本文主要研究内容分为以下几个方面,首先通过对供应商评价与选择的相关理论知识及近些年国内外专家学者们对供应商评价指标构建和选择方法方面的文献资料进行梳理和学习,并结合 L 超市供应商实际状况,构建出 L 超市供应商评价指标体系。然后针对于选取供应商以及构建相关模型,本文在归纳分析现存评价方法特点及适用性的前提下结合已经建立的 L 超市供应商评价指标体系最后决定选用层次分析法进行模型的构建。文章最后使用层次分析法结合已经构建好的评价指标体系,对 L 超市现有四家糖果供应商进行评价与选择进行实例分析,来说明如何对已构建起来的评价指标采用层次分析法去选取相应的供应商,并对其做出有效评价,根据所选取的供应商与评价效果来反映出该层次分析法以及评价指标的可控性、实效性和合理性。关键词:超市 供应商的评价 供应商的选择 层次分析法AbstractIn recent years, with the rapid development of China's medical industry, hospital staff supermarkets have also emerged, and have gradually developed a certain scale.
