北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文工程项目施工阶段安全风险管理研究摘 要随着我国建筑业的迅速发展,工程项目的施工的整体规模逐步变大,向着更精细且更复杂的方向发展。因此在繁杂的施工阶段中,安全风险问题的出现是在所难免的,这样的安全风险问题会对整个工程施工造成巨大的负面影响。并且当前工程施工企业尚未能对安全风险问题做到完善的处理,所以改善方法对工程施工阶段的安全风险进行管理十分重要。本文介绍了风险以及工程施工风险的有关概念背景以及对于本课题的国内外研究现状,并且依次介绍了如何进行对于工程施工中安全风险识别以及对于安全风险进行的评估。在风险识别中介绍了识别流程以及多种识别方法,并主要介绍了系统动力学的模型识别风险法,在风险评估中主要介绍将著名的F-ANP法进行对施工风险的程度进行更为精确的评估。最后并借助案例,强调施工企业的安全风险管理的重要性。本文这样通过理论和实践,希望能引起工程对于施工安全风险的重视以及更多的了解,并完善对于施工安全风险管理的方法,帮助其更好的识别与评估从而达到有效控制风险的结果。关键词:施工阶段 安全风险管理 风险识别 风险评估 1北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractWith the quick development of China's construction industry, the scale of construction projects are gradually expanding, and all of them start to become sophisticated and complex.
