北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文工程项目的 HSE 管理研究摘 要建设工程 HSE 管理是一种现代化的工程项目管理活动，摒除了事后处理的方式，采取了事前预防的措施，能够减少事故发生的概率且降低事故的严重程度，使建设工程项目周边环境得到保护，是实现建筑行业可持续发展的必然选择。本文结合工程领域 HSE 管理的国内外现状，分析了目前国内建设工程 HSE 管理在建筑企业实行的必要性以及其普遍存在的问题。最后对完善建筑企业 HSE 管理的措施——提高员工的 HSE意识、加强施工设备的管理、对风险因素进行识别、完善应急体系和健全 HSE 管理的运行机制五个方面进行了分析。关键词：建筑企业 HSE 管理 建设工程I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Abstract HSE management of construction project is a modern project management activity. It can reduce the probability of accidents and the severity of accidents, and protect the surrounding environment of construction project. It is the inevitable choice to realize the sustainable development of construction industry. Based on the current situation of HSE management in engineering field at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the necessity of implementing HSE management in construction enterprises at home and abroad as well as the common problems.
