摘 要本毕业设计是根据青岛理工大学毕业设计撰写规范的相关内容和济南市实训办公楼招标文件的招标须知、合同条件、技术规范、图纸及其他有关文件而编制的投标书。设计包括：商务标、技术标。商务标包括土建，装饰，分部分项工程量清单与计价表， ，措施项目清单与计价表，其他项目清单与计价表，规费、税金项目清单与计价表，工程量计算表；工程量计算按照《房屋建筑与装饰工程工程量计算规范》（GB 50854-2013）中的计算规则计算，工程造价则是应用清单报价，套价利用广联达计价软件；技术标则包括工程概况、施工组织及部署、施工前的准备、施工平面布置、各项管理措施、设计方案的优化及降低成本措施。技术标是从人、材、机方面来进行施工布置，从技术、施工、物资等方面采取措施来确保工程进度、工程质量与施工安全，并在此基础上降低成本。关键词：商务标，技术标，工程量清单，施工方案，施工组织ABSTRACTThe graduating design is based on Qingdao polytechnic university graduation design writing relevant and a tender which according to Jinan practical Tranining office building project tender document bid notice, the condition of contract, the technology standard,the blueprint and other related documents establishes.The design includes commercial bid documents, technical bid documents and conclusion.
