I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文工程量清单计价模式下的投标报价策略研究摘 要招投标是当前我国建筑行业普遍采取的管理模式，通过招投标模式，有利于提高投标单位的管理能力、施工技术水平，增强施工企业综合实力。而招投标过程中则是采取清单报价模式，施工单位若是想要提高中标几率，就需要把握投标主动权，在竞争中发挥积极性，充分掌握工程量清单计价模式的特点，在此基础上选择最佳的投标报价策略。本文就将对工程量清单计价模式进行分析，包括工程量清单计价模式的内涵、特点与优势，并且结合施工企业实际特点选择最佳的投标报价策略，以此保证投标报价最为合理，不仅保证的承包效益，同时也能够提高中标率。最后以 A 项目为例，分析不同投标策略下的投标报价，以实际案例为施工单位提供参考。本研究无论在理论方面或是实用角度都有积极意义，为施工单位起到借鉴作用。关键词： 工程量清单；投标报价；策略II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractTendering and bidding is the current management model commonly adopted by China's construction industry.
