II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文工程量清单计价模式下房建工程造价控制措施研究摘 要当今，我国经济高速发展，建筑业作为国民经济的支柱产业深深关系着我国经济的发展和人民的生活水平。2003 年，我国工程造价开始了从定额计价到清单计价的转变，这对各大建筑企业来说既是挑战也是机遇，在新的计价模式下，企业可以通过做好工程造价的控制来体现自身的实力。工程量清单计价在我国建设工程的应用越来越广泛，因此，要时刻围绕工程量清单计价来对房建工程造价开展研究。本文先对工程量清单计价模式和房建工程造价进行全面的概述，其次重点研究清单计价模式下房建工程各个阶段的造价控制措施，并提出有效的解决方式和合理建议，最后通过案例论证每一阶段的方法的可行性与有效性，以期通过对造价成本的控制提高企业资金运作效率，促使我国造价控制体系更为成熟完善。关键词：工程量清单计价；房建工程；造价控制 III北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文AbstractNowadays, China's economy is developing rapidly, and the construction industry, as the pillar industry of the national economy, is deeply related to the development of China's economy and the living standard of the people.
