I社会工作从业人员流失的原因以及对策研究内 容 摘 要近年来,随着我国经济的持续增长,优化人才发展环境成为又一重要工作,加强专业人才队伍建设显得尤为重要,专业人才的大量流失必定会影响到行业正常发展。当前,在江门市乃至全国范围社会工作从业人员缺口大、流动性强、流失现象严重。社会工作从业人员薪酬设置不合理、人员供需不平衡、员工培训制度以及发展渠道不利于员工自身发展。帮助社工机构解决社会工作从业人员流失问题有利于社会工作从业人员生存以及个人发展、社工机构健康发展、促进社会工作行业发展、提高社会服务水平。本文通过对江门市社会工作从业人员作为研究对象,通过对江门市社会工作从业人员以及部分江门市就读社会工作专业学生开展问卷以及访谈调查,并且结合江门市恒爱社会工作综合服务中心离职员工数据,分析得出社会工作从业人员流失存在薪酬福利较低、专业培训不足、岗位职责设置不合理等原因。提出完善社工薪酬福利制度、加强专业培训、提供完善的社工晋升机制、科学合理进行岗位职能设置等建议,减少社会工作从业人员流失。关键词:社工机构 ;社会工作从业人员 ;人员流失IIThe causes and Countermeasures of the loss of social workersAbstractIn recent years, with the continuous growth of China's economy, optimizing the environment for talent development has become another important task, It is particularly important to strengthen the construction of professional talents.
