本科论文摘 要随着经济发展和改革进程的不断加深,国内民营经济迎来了发展和进步,人力资源在市场竞争中的优势也越来越显著,绩效管理作为人力资源管理的核心,对于提高企业效能有着重要的作用[1]。本文以木子颂传媒有限公司(以下简称“木子颂公司”)为研究对象,通过发放调查问卷和进行访谈搜集信息,首先介绍了研究背景、研究现状和研究方法,然后介绍绩效管理的主要内容和相关概念,阐释了绩效管理在企业管理中的作用和应用方向;其次通过木子颂公司的基本情况、人员构成和绩效管理现状分析出该公司在绩效管理方面存在管理者不够重视绩效管理、绩效管理缺乏计划缺乏监督等问题;最后提出切合实际的优化方案,并且通过制度和技术手段保障其顺利实施,希望对同类中小企业的绩效管理有一定的启发。关键词:木子颂公司,绩效管理,优化AbstractWith the deepening of the progress of economic development and reformation, the domestic private economy has ushered in development and advancement, which leads to the advantages of human resources in the market competition become more significant.
