北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计房租管理信息系统分析与设计房租管理信息系统分析与设计摘要在这个科技发展迅速、信息量庞大的时代，几乎各行各业都使用各式各样的信息管理系统。通过调查发现，城中村中存在许多出租的自建房，而房屋管理员们几乎也还是用着传统的手工记录的管理模式。基于此，本毕业设计将开发一个针对此应用的房租管理信息系统。该系统的用户是房屋管理员，房屋管理员使用本系统能查看所管理的租户信息、房间信息，同时本系统能实现水、电费、房屋费用等信息的管理。本系统是使用 B/S 架构进行开发，采用 Java 编程语言，使用 MySQL 本系统界面简洁，方便实用。本文对系统设计过程进行概要说明。关键词：MIS；房租管理；B/S；Java；MySQL北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业设计Analysis and design of rent management information systemAbstractIn this era of rapid development of science and technology and huge amount of information, almost all walks of life use a variety of information management systems. The house administrator can view the tenant information and room information managed by the system, and the system can realize the management of water, electricity, house cost and other information.
