本科论文摘 要本文着手研究,个人-组织价值观匹配与任务绩效之间的路径问题,以纺织行业为研究对象。通过调查问卷收集数据,提出个人-组织价值观匹配对工作满意度有正向作用、工作满意度对任务绩效有正向作用、个人-组织价值观匹配对任务绩效有正向作用的三个假设。利用 SPSS 24.0 及 AMOS22.0 对数据进行,信度、因子、相关性及回归分析工作,得出结论。研究证明:个人-组织价值观匹配对工作满意度为正向作用;工作满意度对任务绩效为正向作用;个人-组织价值观匹配对任务绩效有正向作用。最后,本文根据结论为企业提出建议。关键字:个人-组织匹配,工作满意度,价值观匹配,任务绩效本科论文AbstractThis paper sets out to study the path between individual-organizational value matching and task performance, taking the textile industry as the research object. Based on the data collected from the questionnaire survey, I proposed three hypotheses which are that individual-organizational value matching has a promoting effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive effect on task performance, and individual-organizational value matching is an incentive to task performance. SPSS 24.0 and AMOS22.0 were used to analyse reliability, factor, correlation and regression of the questionnaire data and draw conclusions. The research has shown that: individual-organizational value matching exerts a positive effect on job satisfaction; Job satisfaction is propitious to improve task performance; Individual-organizational value matching has an advantageous effect on task performance.
