弧 面 凸 轮 分 度 机 构 的 运 动 特 性 分 析摘 要本 文 以 弧 面 分 度 凸 轮 为 讨 论 对 象 ， 重 点 讨 论 了 弧 面 分 度 凸轮 的 空 间 三 维 型 ， 装 配 ， 运 动 仿 真 和 动 态 检 测 。本 文 在 已 推 导 出 弧 面 分 度 凸 轮 轮 廓 面 方 程 的 基 础 上 ， 应 用三 维 设 计 软 件 pro/e， 根 据 所 选 择 凸 轮 运 动 轨 迹 特 征 ， 以 与 所 选凸 轮 参 数 编 写 凸 轮 轮 廓 曲 线 方 程 ， 由 曲 线 构 成 曲 面 ， 最 后 完 成弧 面 分 度 凸 轮 机 构 的 三 维 建 模 。接 着 对 所 设 计 部 件 进 行 组 装 ， 并 且 应 用 Pro/e运 动 仿 真 模 块进 行 仿 真 运 动 ， 以 便 于 检 测 干 涉 ， 与 时 发 现 设 计 缺 陷 。通 过 综 合 讨 论 ， 实 现 了 弧 面 分 度 凸 轮 机 构 三 维 设 计 、 数 控加 工 、 动 态 测 试 一 体 化 讨 论 理 论 和 技 术 ， 为 该 机 构 的 广 泛 应 用提 供 了 方 法 和 手 段 。关键词：弧面凸轮分度机构， Pro/ e 三维建模，运动特性分析，运动仿真ANALYSIS OF THE MOVEMENT CHARACTERISTICS OF GLOBOIDAL INDEXING CAM MECHANISMAbstractThe globoidal indexing cam as the object of study, focuses on the study of the three-dimensional assembly type, globoidal indexing cam, motion simulation and dynamic detection.Based on the derived globoidal indexing cam contour surface equation, the application of 3D design software pro/e, according to the selection of cam motion characteristics, and the parameter of cam cam contour curve equations written, constituted by the curve surface, finally completed the three-dimensional modeling of the globoidal indexing cam mechanism.Then the design components are assembled, and carries on the simulation exercise using Pro/e motion simulation module, interference to facilitate detection, timely detectio...
