年产 1000 万片头孢氨苄生产车间工艺设计 摘 要 本设计为年产 1000 万片头孢氨苄片生产车间工艺设计。头孢氨苄片是采纳头孢羟氨苄为主要原料配以辅料淀粉、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉压制而成。根据制剂车间工艺设计要求，本文从生产方法、工艺流程、物料衡算、设备工艺设计、主要设备选型、厂址选择、车间组成与设备布置、公用工程用量、两废的处理以与防火安全卫生等方面进行了全面的设计。该设计成果主要采纳的形式为工艺流程示意图 1，工艺流程图 1，物料平衡图 1，设备布置图 1，车间设备布置图 1，厂区平面图 1，劳动组织分配图 1，并编写了详细的数据说明。关键词：头孢氨苄；片剂；工艺流程；物料衡算Technical design for annual output of 10 million cephalexin tablet in workshopAbstractThis design is for Technical Design of producing 10 million cephalexin tablets in Workshop. Cephalexin tablet uses cefadroxil as the main raw material and with Starch ,Magnesium Stearate, French chalk as the auxiliary material for tableting.
