Along with the increase of public service and the concentrated reflection in social problems, as a new method to solve social problems and offer service, social entrepreneurship is now rising in China step by step. Social entrepreneurship means that person, social organization or network and so on pursue innovation, efficiency and social benefits under the inspiration of social mission, social activities which build up new organizations, offer audience product or service and entity turning social public welfare undertakings more sustainable and competitive.
