史上最快最全的网络稳定批量下载,尽在:http://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=9176907081柴胡有效成分提取工艺讨论 肖功胜,王启帅, 杨云*, (河南中医学院药学院,河南 郑州 450008) 摘要:目的:确定柴胡有效成分提取的最佳工艺。方法:以柴胡中挥发油吸收度和柴胡皂苷 a 的含量为指标,采纳单因素试验筛选主要因素和水平,再以正交试验筛选柴胡有效成分提取最佳工艺。结果:最佳工艺参数为 40℃温浸,收集相当于药材 2 倍量蒸馏液,继用8 倍量含 5%氨水的 95%乙醇回流 1h 提取柴胡皂苷,可使挥发油吸收度达 0.941,柴胡皂苷 a的含量达 0.32%。结论:该工艺为柴胡有效成分的提取提供了可靠依据,且工艺条件稳定可靠,重复性好。关键词:提取工艺;柴胡皂苷 a;挥发油;正交试验Study on Extraction Technology of Active Ingredients from Bupleurum chinense DCXIAO Gong-sheng,WANG Qi-shuai,YANG Yun * ( College of Pharmacy, Henan University of traditional Chinese medicine, Zhenzhou 450008.China )ABSTRACT OBJECTIVE To determine the optimum technology of active ingredients from Bupleurum chinense DC. METHODS With the absorbance of volatile oils and the content of in Bupleurum chinense DC as indexes, selecting the major influencing factors and levels by the single factor experiment, and selecting the optimum technology by orthogonal experiment. RESULT The optimum condition shows the impregnating temperature is 40℃ ,the volume of distilled fluid is 2 times of weight of Bupleurum chinense DC, and the volume of 95%alcohol with 5%ammonia water to reflux extraction for 1hour is 8 times of weight of Bupleurum chinense DC, then the absorbance of volatile oils is 0.941 and the content of saikosaponin a is 0.32%.CONCLUSION The optimum technology provides reliable evidence for extraction of active ingredients from Bupuleurum chinense DC, and the conditions are accurate and reliable with good reproducibility。KEY WORDS:Extraction technology; saikos...
