柴油机排放颗粒后处理装置设计[摘要]本次设计的目标是运用柴油机排放相关知识设计出过滤效率在 98%以上的柴油机颗粒物过滤装置(DPF)系统。为满足我国国情和设计要求,过滤体选用价廉有用的铁丝网卷合成圆柱状,再生系统选用反吹加热再生,加热源来自液化石油气(LPG)。结合流体力学相关知识计算管长和管径等尺寸。再生系统选择成熟的气体燃烧器和鼓风机,在合适的尺寸下与过滤装置进行装配。接着结合汽车电子相关知识对整个系统进行电控化以达到最优化工作,这牵扯到大量的传感器应用知识,参数汇总计算,以与单片机技术。最后本文中还设计了几种实验,用以对本次设计的装置进行优化。[关键词]柴油机颗粒物过滤装置(DPF) 过滤体 反吹加热 液化石油气(LPG) 排气管 Dieseldischarged particulate after-treatment device designed。。。。(。。。。。)Tutor:Abstract:The design goal is to use the knowledge to design diesel exhaust filtration efficiency of 98% or more of the diesel particulate filter (DPF) system.In order to meet China's national conditions and design requirements, the filter body use inexpensive and practical synthesis of cylindrical roll of barbed wire, recycled renewable heating system selected blowback, liquefied petroleum gas from the heating source (LPG).Knowledge of fluid dynamics calculations combined length and tube diameter and other dimensions.Regeneration System Selection mature gas burners and blowers, at the right sizes and filtering devices for assembly.Then combine the knowledge of the entire automotive electronic control systems in order to achieve optimal work, which involves a large number of sensor applications knowledge, parameter summary calculations, and microcontroller technology.Finally, this paper also designed several experiments to the design of the device to be optimized.Key words:Diesel particulate filter (DPF)Filter bodyBlowback heatingLiquefied petroleum gas (LPG)Exhaust Pipe目 录1 绪论 12 机颗粒物的组成与生成机理 23...
