机械设计与绩效关系的讨论----------------------- -----------------------日期：高科技產業新產品開發之控制機制設計與績效關係之讨论刊登日期：2024/09/01 作者／台灣大學國際企業讨论所博士班 邱世寬摘要 本讨论的目的在確認新產品開發（NPD）專案中，跨組織間交易控制機制設計的影響因素，与控制機制的設計對 NPD 績效的影響，我們採用情境觀點的配適概念，整合交易成本理論、資源依賴理論，与社會網絡理論對於組織間交易關係的相關論點，發展出一個簡明的整合性架構，以瞭解組織間控制機制設計的配適性對新產品開發績效的影響效果。本讨论認為交易複雜性和社會鑲嵌性所形成的四種環境條件類型是影響控制機制設計的關鍵構面，當產品開發廠商面對複雜性低而鑲嵌性弱的環境條件，理想的控制機制是以經濟性機制為主；在複雜性高而鑲嵌性強的環境條件，則是以社會性機制為主；其餘二種環境條件則需要由不同經濟性和社會性機制組合而成的控制機制相因應，最後，當產品開發廠商實際採行的控制機制組合與理想類型的配適性愈高，則 NPD 績效愈好；反之，則 NPD 愈壞。關鍵字配適性；組織間關係；控制機制；理想類型；社會性鑲嵌A Study on the Relationships between Control Mechanisms Design and Performance for New Product Development within the High Technology IndustryAbstract The objective in this article is to identify the dominant influence factors of control mechanisms for a new product development project and the impact of control mechanisms design for the performances of NPD. Adopting the contingency framework of fit, this paper integrates transaction cost economics, resource dependence theory, and social network theories to develop a framework to identify the effect of fitness of control mechanisms employed by product developing company.
