摘 要随着社会生产进展,易燃易爆货物运输量剧增,给运输沿线人们的安全和环境带来巨大的危险。实践证明,易燃易爆货物运输线路的选择与讨论是有效降低运输风险的重要措施之一。本文的主要讨论内容如下:1、对易燃易爆货物运输事故进行多方面的统计分析,用事故树法得出事故发生的原因,模拟事故后果,并对应事故原因提出对策措施。2、在分析易燃易爆货物道路运输事故的基础上,建立易燃易爆品运输线路的风险评价指标体系。在体系中制定了三个一级指标,十个二级指标,根据 AHP 法分析得出该评价体系中,路况条件这一指标权重最大为 0.6,而在路况条件指标中,二级指标公路线形和坡度情况权重最大,是整个风险评价体系的重点。3、通过论文提出的风险评价体系对旅顺南路,旅顺北路,旅顺中路进行了评价,得出旅顺北路是最佳路线,评价结果基本符合实际情况。实例讨论表明,本文建立的易燃易爆品运输线路风险评价指标体系能够较准确地反映实际运输过程中各线路的风险水平,可为道路危险货物运输主管部门以及运输企业提供路线优化决策技术支持。关键词:易燃易爆品 公路运输 路线选择 风险评价ABSTRACTThe amount of combustible goods transportation becomes so big which results in safety and environment problems. Actually it is proved that the choice and study of flammable and explosive goods transport routes is one of the most important measures to reduce transport risks. The main content is as follows:1. Range of the analysis of combustible goods transport accidents is wide. Then a fault tree is used to analyse the cause of the accident and simulate the consequences of accidents and propose countermeasures corresponds to the cause of the accident. 2.
