本科生毕业设计（论文）摘 要伴随着经济建设不断进展,我国的建筑体制不断的深化改革,建筑企业面临的风险较从前相比越发突出。如何处理项目中存在的风险成为一个建筑企业需要仔细思考的紧要问题。工程项目建设过程是一个周期长、投资大、技术要求高、系统复杂的生产消费过程,所以大量的随机因素存在并不断地变化,必须从思想上确立风险意识、重视风险问题,对建设工程施工风险进行主动预防和控制,即进行工程项目施工风险管理。由于受多种不确定性事件的影响而存在的各种潜在风险，准确识别和有效的处理,对顺利完成项目施工任务都具有重要意义。本文通过对建筑工程项目的风险管理分析，在施工中引入风险管理的重要性,就建筑工程项目中存在的风险进行探讨并对其分类、识别,并用案例分析讲明如何进行风险管理，对施工项目风险管理有了进一步的了解和认识，同时也应用多种办法减少了施工企业风险的发生，从而保证了劳动者的人身安全并减少了企业的损失，使企业达到了最大的收益。关键词：施工项目 项目风险 风险管理I本科生毕业设计（论文）AbstractWith the continuous development of economic construction and deepen reformof building industry, many building enterprise face more and more dangers, So how todeal with these problems in the project has became a critical question which weshould think carefully.
