纳米二氧化钛的应用与其制备方法 摘 要本文主要通过对纳米二氧化钛结构与性能的介绍,引出其在各方面的应用,特别是在环保方面的应用。最后,从两个不同方面来介绍纳米二氧化钛的制法。纳米二氧化钛是一种新型环境净化材料,有板铁矿、锐铁矿和金红石三种晶体结构,具有良好的光催化性能与亲水性,这也是其在环境净化方面的应用基础,主要用于净化水、空气和杀菌,另外还可做建筑涂料。制备方法主要有包括两大类:一类是气相法,主要包括:1、TiCl4 氢氧焰水解法。2、TiCl4 气相氧化法。3、钛醇盐气相水解法。4、钛醇盐气相分解法。另一类是液相法,主要包括:1、溶胶一凝胶法。2、沉淀法,其又包括共沉淀法(液相沉淀法)和均匀沉淀法。3、溶胶一萃取法。4、水热合成法。5、微乳法。关键字: 纳米二氧化钛、应用、制备方法ABSTRACT This paper mainly through nanometer tio2 structure and properties of the introduction, leads to the application, especially in the environment of application, and finally, from two different aspects to introduce a method of nano-tio2.
