应用水煤浆干净燃烧技术控制燃煤工业锅炉二氧化硫污染——中国燃煤工业锅炉二氧化硫污染综合防治对策(五)张慧明 王 娟(青岛市环境科学学会,青岛 266001) (青岛理工大学环境与市政工程学院,青岛 266033) 摘 要 本文讨论水煤浆干净燃料,及其在燃煤工业锅炉上控制 SO2污染的应用。其主要内容包括水煤浆干净燃烧技术概况,水煤浆生产方法、水煤浆的分类及其物理性能,水煤浆干净燃烧系统的工艺过程及其技术性能,水煤浆锅炉环境效益及经济效益,及水煤浆锅炉的特点。讨论表明,水煤浆干净燃烧技术燃烧效率高,燃尽率高,炉渣含碳量低,即经济效益好;烟尘和 SO2排放浓度低,环境效益好。水煤浆干净燃烧技术是燃煤工业锅炉理想的替代技术。关键词 煤炭;烟尘; SO2;燃煤工业锅炉;水煤浆;水煤浆锅炉 Controlling sulfur dioxide pollution from industrial coal-fired boiler by clean combustion technology of coal water mixture ( CWM )Zhang Huiming(Qingdao Institute of Environmental Science, Qingdao 266003)Wang Juan(Qingdao Technological University,Qingdao 266033)Abstract Clean fuel of water mixture and controlling sulfur dioxide pollution from industrial coal-fired boiler is discussed in this paper. It includes a survey of clean combustion technology of CWM, productive methods of CWM, classify and physical properties of CWM, technological process and properties of clean combustion system of CWM, system of CWM-fired boiler and characteristics of CWM-fired boiler. It is shown by research that firing rate and limiting firing rate of clean technology of CWM is high and carbon content of slag is low so that economy benefit is good, emission density of sulfur dioxide and flue dust is low so that environmental benefit is good.
