本科毕业论文题目: 干熄焦炉固-气流动与传热数值模拟学 院:材料与冶金学院专 业:材料成型与控制工程学 号:8学生:明廷勇指导老师:常庆明日 期:二〇一五年六月摘 要干熄焦技术相对传统的熄焦工艺具有节能、环保和提高焦炭质量等优点,在国外得到了广泛的应用,各大钢厂都非常重视对干熄焦技术的讨论。随着干熄焦技术的不断进展,传统的讨论方法已不能满足新的工艺要求。本文以某厂 140t/h 的干熄焦炉为讨论对象,建立了干熄焦炉的三维几何模型,采纳多孔介质理论建立了干熄焦炉固-气流动与传热的数学模型。基于 FLUENT 软件中的多孔介质模型,利用 UDS 和 UDF 将 FLUENT 中的单能量方程改写为双能量方程,模拟干熄焦炉固-气流动与传热情况,为干熄焦炉提供设计提供依据。在此模型基础上,通过改变气体入口温度和速度,观察气体出口和焦炭出口温度的变化情况,分别分析气体入口风温柔入口风速对干熄焦生产工艺的影响。讨论发现,气体从底部进入干熄焦炉后在斜道和环形气体发生了偏流,越靠近气体出口,气体流速越大;气体压降主要发生在冷却室,气压在斜道和环形气道达到最低;在炉同一位置,焦炭温度恒比气体温度高,冷却室周边的换热比中心区域更充分。气体入口风温对干熄焦生产工艺影响不大,气体出口和焦炭出口温度随气体入口风速的增大显著降低。关键词: 干熄焦; 多孔介质; FLUENT; 数值模拟AbstractThe Coke Dry Quenching(CDQ) technology have more advantages in energy saving, environmental protection and improving the quality of and coke over the traditional coke quenching process.This technology has been widely used both at home and abroad.And the major steel mills attach great importance to the study of coke dry quenching technology.
