摘 要面对新时代的要求,我国建筑企业要走上国际舞台扮演重要角色。在这样的时代背景下,增强我国建筑企业的核心竞争力是眼下建筑企业最主要的任务。本文在讨论了大量国外学者文献的基础上,采纳个案讨论、分析对比,文献讨论等方法,介绍了企业文化和企业核心竞争力之间的关系,分析了建筑企业在建设企业文化的过程中应当关注和侧重的方面。针对建筑企业组织结构庞杂、生产流动性强、条件艰苦、各部协调性要求高等企业特点,提出一直以来建筑企业培育核心竞争力存在的误区。我们要站在最本质的角度,以人为重中之重,通过对员工思想层面的塑造形成优良的企业文化。用企业文化去培育建筑企业的核心竞争力,使得企业拥有强大的思想保障,获得源源不断的进展动力,在激烈的市场竞争中长期处于优势地位,为世界的进展注入中国力量。关键词:企业文化 建筑企业 核心竞争力 培育ABSTRACTFaced with the requirements of the new era,China'undertaking of construction have to play an important role on the international stage.Under the background of such times,strengthening the core competitiveness of China's construction enterprises is the most important task for the construction enterprises at the present time.Based on the study of a large number of domestic and foreign scholars on the literature,using case studies,comparative analysis,comparison,methods of literature research, introduces the relationship between corporate culture and corporate core competitiveness,analyzes the construction enterprises in the construction of enterprise culture should pay close attention and side weight in the aspects of the process.In view of the characteristics of complex structure,strong liquidity,hard conditions and coordination among different departments of construction enterprises,the misunderstanding of cultivating core competitiveness of construction enterprises has been put forward.We should stand in the most essential point of view,in order to build a fine enterprise culture by shaping the ideologic...
