安全系统工程课程设计第九组成员名单：组长：郭朝伟副组长：王冠组员：徐志国，范超力尹 兵，蒋真金，夏红英廖伯超，雷 梅，谭蓉晖前言【摘 要】随着社会和经济的进展，城市交通有了很大改变，随着各种车辆的增多，道路交通问题成为一个威胁人们生命和财产安全的一个重大隐患。纪录显示每年有许多人死于车祸。有些车祸是由于机械问题。然而大部分车祸都是疏忽而卤莽驾驶的结果，并且可以避开的。许多人无视于交通号志和规则。他们驾驶时不管车速、闯红灯、逆向行驶、开车时交谈，并且不打灯号就任意转弯。他们接近十字路口时不减速。如此多的人违犯交通规则以致于我们再怎么样强调交通安全的重要性也不为过。唯有当每个人皆认为交通安全是众人的事时，我们在路上开车、在行人道上走路才安全。据资料记载，自 2024 年，湘潭市北二环线共计发生交通事故 600 多起，事故发生率居雨湖区之首。因此,十分有必要对该段道路交通安全系统进行分析讨论,找出交通事故的主要致因，并对事故多发的道路交通安全系统采纳事故树分析法,提出减少交通事故发生率的对策及措施。【关键词】湘潭市北二环线交通安全事故系统分析结论预防措施【Abstract 】Along with social and the economical development, the municipal transportation had the very big change, along with each kind of vehicles increase, the road traffic question becomes one to threaten the people life and a property security significant hidden danger.Records show that every year a lot of people die in traffic accidents. Some of the accidents are due to mechanical problems. However, most of them are the results of careless and reckless driving, and could be avoided. A lot of people disregard traffic signals and rules. They drive regardless of speed limits, run through red lights, drive in the wrong direction, talk and laugh while driving, and turn as they wish without giving signals.
